Goals and Philosophy:
Our goal is not to simply impart knowledge because “Knowledge puffeth up” (1Corinthians 8:1); but rather to prepare men to become pastors as well as preparing Christians for leadership roles in ministry. We take seriously Paul’s admonition in Ephesians 4:12 - “…perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:” Our responsibility as pastors is to obey 2Timothy 2:2 where Paul commands: “…the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” There have been faithful men in our lives that have taught us the principles of the doctrine of the Christian faith and we are committed to do the same for the flock the Lord has entrusted to our care.
Objectives of Grace Baptist School of Ministry:
The goal of the Grace Baptist School of Ministry is to teach dedicated Christians how to minister to others through Preaching, Teaching, Discipleship and Bible Study. To teach the "how to's" of Evangelism, Missions, Church Planting as well as the philosophy and mechanics of establishing children's, music, and other ministries within the local church setting.
The School of Ministry is currently on hiatus and will resume in the near future.
